This offering (codeword: Fast, Cheap and Out of Control) is the easiest and most cost-effective way to get online. We often make this option free or give free hours just so our partners can get online.
Do you have something to teach? If so this option is for you. Everything you need to sell courses, webinars, downloads, and memberships. Beautifully designed and reasonably priced.
If you need a larger site with dropdown navigation and flashy widgets, then this option is for you. We utilize carbon-neutral hosting, themes and speed-enhancing plug-ins to create the best user experience possible.

So . . . Who is Websites4Activists?
Websites4Activists is a part of Ecotone Digital Solutions (parent company Ecotone Services, Inc.) which has been in business since 2001 and in 2021 we celebrated our 20th anniversary. We have been serving small and medium-sized businesses, non-profits, associations and others with project management and digital services.
In January 2020, we pivoted to primarily serve and support the professional members of the CeBe Community or those involved in Climate, Environment, Biodiversity and Equity efforts. These can be scientists, researchers, activists, etc.
To better help this community we offer 1.) various options for easy entry to an Internet presence, 2.) a serious focus on fast, clean, secure and effective website design & development and 3.) digital support, guidance and assistance through our Digital Partner program.

Flexible Pricing
Our pricing structure is based, primarily, by the Digital Partner service we provide to you, not the services we sell you. We don’t make our money on quantity, we make it on our continued relationship with you. Therefore, our pricing is offered in easy-to-access hourly packages.

We work on an “as-needed basis” which offers you freedom and flexibility
We offer flexible pricing and consumable hours. This gives you a “bank” of hours to use as you’d like – always knowing that a dedicated, professional is available
Services are sold as packages, so pick your packages carefully
Remember, you pay no taxes, overhead, health insurance, 401K contribution, etc. for our services. That’s good for you!
DIGITAL PARTNER PRICING
Starter Package
$500.00 - 12 hours of Digital Partner assistance, support and guidance
Productivity Package
$1000.00 - 25 hours of Digital Partner assistance, support and guidance
Getting To Done Package
$2000.00 - 50 hours of Digital Partner assistance, support and guidance
All package includes:
-- Professional digital partner services – Fast, reliable digital tasks or ongoing projects
-- 12 hours/day (5 am to 5 pm) open access to online chat with your digital partner
-- Email, phone, chat, other collaborative communication availability

ANNUAL PACKAGE
Annual packages apply, please inquire.
NOTE: If you choose not to purchase a package or your package runs out and you choose not to purchase another package our hourly pricing moves to $55.00/hour. Hours are billed in 1/4 hour increments.
*There is a handling charge that applies to the package. This covers handling and money transfer costs. The charges include: $25 for Starter, $50 for Productivity, and $100 for Getting to Done package.
ADDITIONAL PRICING*
Charges might be incurred for annual or monthly charges for domain purchase, monthly or annual cost for hosting or other 3rd party services. We suggest that these changes are billed directly to you but there are instances where this is not possible and we take care of them for you and bill them accordingly.

Between now (Earth Day 2021) and Earth Day 2022 (April 22) Websites4Activists will support our partners with an additional 2 free hours of assistance, support and guidance.
